Refund Policy

At Rivofor Wedding Parties Organizing, we are committed to delivering exceptional service. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking.

1. Deposit

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your event date. This deposit covers administrative and planning costs incurred at the time of booking.

2. Full Payment Refunds

If you cancel your event more than 60 days before the scheduled date, you may be eligible for a partial refund of payments made beyond the deposit. Cancellations made within 60 days of the event are non-refundable.

3. Cancellation by Rivofor

In the rare event that Rivofor Wedding Parties Organizing must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of all payments made will be issued within 14 business days.

4. Service Changes

If you wish to modify your package or services, please contact us at least 30 days in advance. Additional charges may apply for upgrades or changes.

5. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.
